Hey, just started this program because I like the exercise selection and I hear good things.
But it's not clear as to weather or not you should be changing weight between sets.
It only says that you should increase weight (by varying %'s depending on the exercise) when you can "do" the total number of reps (which seems to be up to you?) in all sets. Should I never change weight and just do different numbers of reps (4-6 for example) depending on how I feel?
Here is the work out

Workout A

Box Squat 3/5×4-6
Floor Press 3/5×4-6
Pendlay Row 3/5×4-6
Overhead Barbell Extension 3×6-10
Barbell/Dumbbell Preacher Curl 3×6-10
Stiff-Legged Deadlift/Good Morning 2-3×6-10
