John Green probably is a John Green poster. He's a "hip" and "down with the kids" sort which uses who uses YouTube and Tumblr and Twitter and Reddit and so on, there's a 100% guarantee that he's heard about "us" on our little "internet hate machine" and I would wager he's even been on and looked around. Perhaps he found this literature board and thought he'd hang around and see what sort of content us trolls would produce. Perhaps he even notes down some of what is said here for his next novel which focuses on cyberbullying and internet harassment and doxxing and so on.

He's the sort of man who buys sponsorship naming rights to a stand in a small football stadium, someone who as a successful has nothing to do all day but update his blog and fuck around on the internet, don't tell me he doesn't care about what posters on an otherwise irrelevant anime imageboard think about him.

What authors do you think would have used /lit/?

I can guarantee Nabokov and Stirner.
