Okay, but I find it odd that this issue is never addressed. I mean, if you read David Foster Wallace, you'll have "don't worry what people think about you--they don't" burned into your brain as some profound insight when, in fact, it might not be all that accurate.

Do you ever wonder about the impact that reading thoughts from poets and authors who an heroed at 30 are having on you?

I'm looking to get a little deeper into poetry. I've been reading Frost and Plath, I'm mostly interested in melancholy works or things about winter. What do you guys recommend?

I know she'd put out too because of them daddy issues.

I'd probably just go with good ol' Plath, basically because it'd be funny to me.
