Nothing has been shown to reverse aging. Bachelor's degrees in 2020 are worthless because everyone and their mother has one. Unless you are rich and have a lot of connections, a BA or BS of itself isn't going to open many doors. Even STEM undergraduate degrees are a meme now. Chemistry majors can expect a starting salary in the 30k range. Engineers face unemployment the sheer number of import students and import H1B candidates willing to work for much less. The 20k per year more figure in the FPWP, is also an industry meme, as these rely on self-reporting income data (ie, those with favorable outcomes are more likely to report respond to surveys), and I can tell you that "Even if you get a philosophy degree, your expected earnings are far above that of someone without a degree, even if you compare them to people with similar socioeconomic status without a degree." is a blatant falsism relying on fake potentialities and college industry statistics.
