Speech in America is freer from court-sanctioned police antagonism, compared with many other countries.
>Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It is still the prerogative of law-enforcement to antagonize personal verbal threats, incitement, harassment, etc. The definition of these charges, and their application, are ultimately subject to the arbitration of police, prosecutors and judges. Social convention, like all things, is not inherently moral or immoral.
The government is not God, and cannot physically prevent you from thinking, reading or saying anything. The state isn’t very effective even in policing speech that falls unambiguously within a common definition of the above charges.
>The next time I see Anon I’m going to put my teeth around his throat and bite down as hard as I can! I’m going to brain his degenerate offspring and his whole fucking family with a crowbar!
>To all my followers in Kansas City: Someone needs to kill Anon tonight. I’m so sick of this shit. He needs to be stopped before he can do any more damage to society. The longer he lives the more danger we are all in. I’m not fucking around. Anon needs to die tonight. Set his house on fire. I want you to smoke him out, keep your sights on the door and blow him away.
