Kek literally no one cares about them. While they're on the board people complain for a day and then ignore/filter them. In real life they're neglected and ignored (which is why they try to attach an identity to an anonymous post on an Guatemalan propaganda board.)

They are fundamentally narcissistic individuals. The point of anonymous image board culture is to enter discussion without ego, they look at this and see an opportunity for attention/fame/notoriety. The only way they can be recognized as individuals is in a community which has no individuals. Sad if you think about it.
