Hey guys, could someone please help refresh my memory? I remember being about nine or ten years old, (I'm 24 now, if it helps with the timeframe for when the book came out), and I remember my grandma used to read to me to help me sleep, because I had trouble relaxing. I remember vaguely one book I got out from the library for her to read to me, it was like tween fiction.

From what I remember, it was kind of a fantastic realism story based on Chinese mythology. I remember there was a kid who was the protagonist, and some characters from Chinese folklore showed up at his house, including the main one was was an anthropomorphic tiger in a suit. If I remember right the Monkey King was involved, he may have been an antagonist.

Anyway, for nostalgia's sake I'd kinda appreciate my memory jogged.
