The most important thing to do is to study dialogue in other novels and use how they do it as an example. Write it in a way so that it flows as naturally as it does in real life, with your life experience as a basis. Use regional dialects, A Confederacy of Dunces does this very well. Allow the speakers to imply things. Never write just pure dialogue (unless that is the deliberate style) - have your characters use actions/gestures to communicate as well, or have them talk while doing something else.
It's probably harder to write dialogue in a fantasy setting than it is in a normal setting because we don't really know how people talk in a fantasy setting.

You could also do none of these things, I'm terrible at dialogue myself.
Dialogue doesn't have to be written for every interaction. Sometimes just describing how a conversation took place is good enough for the reader. Not every character is important enough to have a voice.

This. It doesn't even have to be a full bachelors degree from a "top tier" school, and it doesn't have to take four years. Some people and rush through them in three years, others can take longer, but it doesn't matter how long with the exception of the financial cost it might take. An associates degree will do just fine. When employers see a degree, they know that the person with the degree has the basic level of competence required to complete higher education, even if the degree isn't related to the field they are looking to get a career in. There's a lot of talk from people who claim that college is a scam, probably they've heard that from retards who get $30k into debt for a Master's in a meme field, or maybe they are one of those people themselves. But people who haven't gone to college claiming that it's a scam are just coping. If you can get a degree then you are signaling to the world that you have a satisfactory level of intelligence and work ethic rather than being a lazy retarded nigger. You have shown that you can manage your time well enough to pass exams and do homework, and that you can stay focused until a task is completed. That, and the skills necessary for completing the work, is all employers want. I'm not saying that people who don't have college degrees are all lazy and stupid, but they need to prove otherwise by having good work experience on their resume.
I will admit there is a financial barrier to get into college, but if you're not in the USA college isn't really that expensive. So if you're not one of those people who's willing to work more just to prove they are competent, there's really no reason to not go to college and just pick up a degree. Everyone who acts like college is some secret elite's club is just providing a shitty excuse for their own inability. A 2-year degree from a community college is really all you need to get your foot into the door.
