No, OP. Even if you could arouse enough interest in a Goosebumps board, it's still not the way it should be done. No single franchise should have its own board, including Pokemon.

Frankly, /lit/ is a slow enough board that it could stand to have some more traffic. But as >>7832724 suggested, there might be some justification in a general horror board. Start pushing that, pham, and I'll show my samefagging support.
