If you want to make an actual book, with pages and headers/footers and whatnot, HTML won't cut it.

I think it affects the ambience of the book,
I can read modern Greek and so i know from experience when comparing translation you can lose a lot of nuance, especially in descriptions of people and places. The idea is the more faithful the translation the more true it will be to the author's intent, but of course even in a dodgy translation, as long as the major strokes remain mostly the same you'll get the gist of most books.

Tldr: not hugely important, just figured might as well get other's opinions before i order it.

I was also procrastinating studying for my exams

Are there any books that can really help change the reader's life for the better?
