>Needs the money to get rights to his son he hasn't seen in years because bitch ex wife
>Has to get help from loan shark
>Wins match but mob boss cries cheater
>Turns out associate that hosted poker match did have him win through methods of cheating only to get mob boss in a feud with Loan shark from another crime sect and needed main character as a fall guy
>Basically orchestrated the whole ordeal knowing main characters situation as they were close friends
