Little merge between /tv/ and /lit/ but I read Roadside Picnic last week, really enjoyed the book and watched Stalker, which certainly had an impact but I definitely liked the book more than the movie, and I'm very, very surprised more people haven't tried to take a shot at making a movie or a tv show that sticks much closer to the book.

Starting Solaris and plan on checking out the movie once I'm through with it.
