Trump is either Marius or Sulla. Trump is DEFINITELY not Caesar. Trump is the first, not the last. Augustus was the last of the demagogues, but Trump is not our last demagogue, he is our first. Others will come after Trump and follow what he has done, and expand upon it.

This is why everybody's so stupid. All these people that support the Democrats. They think that if they just oust Trump things will go "back to normal." There is no going back to normal. Things stopped being normal BEFORE Trump became president. They won't go back to normal when he's gone, however they manage to get rid of him (assuming they actually do). Trump is the ringing of the bell that signals the beginning of the end. But he is not the end himself. That comes later.

Mark my words: someone will come along in about a decade or two who makes Trump look like a joke, and he will ruthlessly sweep away democracy in this country. Trump is Marius or Sulla. That man, who is coming, will be Caesar, and he will do everything the media idiots feared Trump would do--and he'll do more.

I love how the Democrats seem to have not seen this coming at all. Trump has absolutely no principles at all. He's not a neocon. He doesn't believe in free markets and free trade. He has no bedrock principles that he'll stick by no matter what. Is it really so surprising that he'd effortlessly steal ideas from the Left and use them to make himself look good?
