what books would you recomend to someone who lacks discipline, and is addicted to masturbation and marijuana. I'm getting my library card soon and I want to start reading books that will have a positive impact on my life and help me to gain better insight into my own behavior. I wanted to start reading because I am of the lowly unterdmensch that fell into the many petty addictions of the modern man.
I masturbate very frequently, I eat copious amounts of junk food, I drink, smoke almost every day, I watch a lot of TV and youtube, and I spend a lot of time on 4chan as well. I also don't have a job and I dont have friends.
I am the type of person who needs to be constantly stimulated and I hate that this is becoming ingrained in me as I grow into what is supposed to be an adult. Please recomend me some good books to check out when I get my library card. nothing too complicated, fiction or nonfiction, anything that might guide me in pulling myself out of what is hopefully the rock bottom of my life. I also would appreciate charts and lists but please pick something from the list specifically that would be good to start with for someone like me. I'm sure I'm not the only person who would be interested to read your suggestions; it seems that people like me are becoming more prevalent.

You have a teenage son. He is 18. You want to recommend him some books that he should read at this time of his life. What do you rec?
