Its a new feeling for me, but I'll try. Actually I think I have a good analogy for you.

Let's say its summer time, you're at the neighborhood pool. You start in the kiddie pool (toddler/child), then you carried to the regular pool and depending on your life you either are let in gently, roughly, you may be taught to swim, or some motherfucker might Tom Brady your ass into the deep end. In any route you the hit the water and are submerged (late childhood/teenage years/early adulthood).

But then something happens! You (go to college/join the military/fall hopelessly love with a QT) and suddenly you're no longer submerged completely, your head is above water, and you can finally think straight and make decisions for the most part.

This part of the pool is where most people stay the rest of their lives. Some are still in the deep end desperately treading water others are lounging in the shallows, some swim back and forth. They can see people they perceive as outside of the pool and the ones in the deep end even though. While they can think deeply about things they're constrained by the fact the majority of their body is submerged. Furthermore in this analogy, the stairs/ladder is rarely seen by people on their own, and even when the ones outside of the pool tell them about the stairs/ladder they don't believe them.

I guess what I'm trying to say is through meditation you realize you can simply pull yourself out of the pool and dry off, and I'm going through that process right now.

Sorry for the spiel, I'm not sure if this makes sense, but its all pouring out of me right now. Anons we need a holy trinity of /lit/ /fit/ and whatever the meditation board is. We're all gonna make my philosopher kings/queens
