Slapstick by Vonnegut, it was the first book I read by him. It caught me off-guard and hurled a brick through the window of my soul.
...in a good way.

Needless to say, Galapagos, SH5 and Cat's Cradle blew my mind even more.

Please don't accuse me of being a pleb, I read them a long while ago. I have a more refined taste now, even though Vonnegut's books still have a special place in my heart.
