Any tall readers here? How do you get comfortable when you're reading? When reading on the computer my back gets sore or I'm just really uncomfortable when sitting up correctly.

I can't read while laying on my back on the bed, and I can't read on my stomach while on the bed (Towards the edge). These positions are also uncomfortable for me. After an hour or so I just stop reading or get distracted easily due to uncomfortableness. The same applies for when I sit up against a wall.

Should I invest in a large couch or a large reclining chair or something?

Hey /lit/ how can you read more efficiently? I never read throughout school, but now that I'm in college I realize my reading skills are plain shit.

I read slowly, one word at a time and I say each word in my head as I read it. If I read too fast, then I don't comprehend what I said.

Also, what are some good beginner books to read, which would help me pick up my reading skills? I just want to be able to read faster and comprehend it all, this way I can get through books easy and read more books.

I feel like I can't enjoy a book now because it's frustratingly slow.
