the Weston Price one is priceless.

The Case Against Sugar, Gary Taubs, great

The Case For Kero, Gary Taubs, breat

The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living, Stephen Phinney and Jeff Volek
The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance, Stephen Phinney and Jeff Volek
both great, albeit somewhat overlapping

The Big Fat Lie, Nina Teicholz, haven't read it but supposed to provide hisotrical data around a lot of shit

The Carnivore Code, Paul Saladino (least third is annoying, first 2/3s great tho (if you don't know it already), summarizing lots)

First edition edition.

What are you currently reading/listening to?
How far into it are you?
How do you rate it so far?
Would you recommend it. and whom to?
What are you looking forward to?

I'm around 60% through Brian Lumley's Khai of Khem. Supposedly one his better or best works.
Mediocre-to-good so far, better than one other of his books I tired (the fly-by nights). I'm listening and reading simultaneously, after the first 20% i got invested and interested more, Kinda sad that I somewhat missed the begining but I'm too stubborn to go back and redo it. It's ancient egypt, kinda adventure, kinda just interesting, not too contrived, and not predictable at least in the long run, kinda. I just wanna see where the writer.

I'm looking forward to Dear Read: An Unauthorized Biography of Kim Jong-Il, and Amusing Ourselves to Death, among many others but these two I've chosed to be next.

>long plane ride, brought a few books
>Finished one and decided to start another, To The Lighthouse
>Try to start reading it, but I'm so tired from the flight that my brain can't even comprehend the prose

Is this a difficult book or was I just tried?

Why would they be incompatible? This question makes absolutely no sense, they have no interaction with each other. How would watching anime inhibit your reading a book in any way?

Didn't make it that far, but what I did read was really good. I'm reading V. and plan to do Lot 49 next. I hope GR makes more sense after reading those.
