Look at how big dogs and little dogs act. Big dogs are the chillest motherfuckers on the planet. Never seen one that wasn't an absolute chiller. Little dogs go apeshit at the slightest provocation and even go nuts when unprovoked. Same goes for people. Little man syndrome.
They're small and want to feel big/intimidating. It's insecurity.
