I can't read more than 20 pages at a time without getting extremely sleepy. Does this get better with time or am I screwed?

I read a book from a recommendation here and loved it, but have since lost it and can't remember the title. Google search sucks shit now.
It was about a trickster shapeshifting robot who stole an artifact from some ancient temple and set out to wake old gods who created him. The world is kind of low tech with people using swords and riding carriages. Halfway through the book the perspective changes to a robot who is pursuing him and it tells of his creation.
I think the title had Gemini in it or something, any help would be appreciated. thanks
