There are many many things that could be done but first what's needed is the acknowledgement of a problem. Most normies are in complete denial about the facts. I don't know if I could be able to come up with a good solution, but things that could help alleviate the problem are more slut-shaming, social stigma surrounding online dating and casual relationships, perhaps legalized prostitution, encouragement of chastity (now the complete opposite is being done). A lot of things could be done but first there needs to be an acknowledgement.

I think an appropriate analogy would be global warming. You show people statistics, facts, explain why it's dangerous and why something needs to be done about it. You get answers like "but it snowed yesterday!", "summer is way more fun than winter, get over it and accept it", "the world naturally goes through warming and cooling cycles, what you're saying is nothing new!". It's almost ridiculous how similar these are to the responses to incel facts. "So what do you want to do about global warming instead of just coming here to complain to us?". Complaining is the first step to making people acknowledge that it's a problem.

Sexual value is a pretty much objective thing and is determined by your genes. The clearest proof of this is the difference in attraction between different races.
