Does she think doctors and athletic coaches are lying? If I say women maintain muscle and fat in different ways from men, that's "literally" just a product of culture that exists only because we continue to perform muscle and fat retention in these particular ways because of LANGUAGE. Change the language and we can change physiology, because you can't actually define "penis" or "vagina" they've always already been deconstructed so gender is 100% really just language.
