I certainly didn't imply that you should encourage them in that direction. Just that being interested in it is forgivable as long as you're under 16.

Just to offer you an actual suggestions, here's one of my mother's childhood favorites. It's a pretty good Norwegian medieval romance which ultimately encourages catholic piety and monasticism.
