The will to rule for the good of all is the center of Fascism.

Another great description of Fascism can be found in Christopher Johnsen's 2014 book, "Three Faces of Fascism: A Critique." In it, Johnsen argues that the working definition of Fascism is limited. Fascist states use power to achieve dominance over others and to control information. Like the Washington Post's the Red Fascist Reds.

To accomplish their goals, they break up freedom of association in order to achieve power over others.
