I loved the Book of Disquiet actually, i really holds a special place for me. It one of my favorite books ever, but pic related still takes first place for me.

It's a close call between this and Moby Dick for me.

Does anyone want to discuss it? I loved the rebel and the grand-inquisitor and i found the trial part quite enjoyable as well, loved the build up to the speech by Ippolit and Fetjoekovitsj. The last chapter had me tear up.

I just read this chapter and the one before it and now i'm wondering: is it just me, or is this one of the most beautifull things i have ever read.

It's just.. so good. I'm going to reread these two chapters quite a few times to get the most out of them. Did they touch you as well? What did you think lit? Similair experiences in other books? I had kind of the same feeling, but to a lesser extent at the end of Notes from the underground, when he breaks down in front of the prostitute.

Mitya. Also, 1/3 of the way through Nausea and I relate to Antoine much more than I'd like to
