I feel as though the discourse surrounding the phenomenological problems posed by the materialist interpretations of quantum mechanics goes one of two ways: (1.) We conceive of the identity of the point particle (atom included) as derivative from energetic difference in an incomprehencible immanent field - a lá Deleuze's neo-stoic naturalism - leaving consciousness as a 'produced', epiphenomenal effect. Or (2.) we accept consciousness as foundational, and in consequence pose our own subjecthood(s) as a condition on the same plane as the material. Tradfags dislike this analogy because its invocation of what in principle is a materialist theory makes of their fascination with solipsistic soteriology a mockery, but I nevertheless hold it to be accurate and not as radically degenerate as they think; As though we were to accept the nondual consciousness of the advaitins.
