It's so ridiculous, this idea that we are "slaves" because we don't own the world we inhabit. Freedom for the Jews wasn't "Oh, now Pharaoh is going to pay me a living wage and pay for any circumstance related to my health and pay for my children!" Freedom was walking out into a fucking desert with the rest of their kin.

If you did that, you would die, though, because the problem is that you haven't made any connections and that you'd be quite alone out there. People piss and moan about Jews. "Oh kicked out of every country they were ever in!" Yeah, and every time they did the same fucking thing, and walked off into the sunset, together. Your discontent with life is because you lack community.
