HELP when do I use the dust jacket? At what point do I remove it? I have no idea how to use it.

When I'm reading a book at home, should I leave the dust jacket on? What if I'm on a train? Should it stay on in the train? If it is supposed to protect from dust, surely it should stay on when you're riding the train since trains in general are very filthy places? I can think of more examples to highlight my problem but those two are the most pressing ones at the moment, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, but what's the point in reading as fast as some of you guys do? Wouldn't you get more out of the books if you actually took the time to, you know, enjoy them instead of just rushing through in order to brag about how many books you've read this year on /lit/?

Just askin'.

>Does Tolstoy actually explore any themes, or is it just a long ass story?
No, it's just meaningless words, so many words.
