It’s kinda in the realm of fiction but I would say the Mandela catalogue.

It basically has two changes

>the bible tells the truth.
>Lucifers rebellion was successful.

Essentially in the Mandela catalogue the devil likely won and lead the legions of hell against humanity, where they slowly replace humans on earth one by one. Just watch Wendigoons videos on it if you want the details.

What I find really scary in the Mandela Catalogue is that it’s a world where humanity faces a foe who has all the time in the world, can replace anyone, is immensely powerful and has absolutely no moral compass (they often use children and psychological torture to reach their goals).
