Depression lit isn’t going to help, and I think you need to help yourself out of this funk. By all means do something, something else besides reading, if you can. Come back to it when refreshed.
I’m neglecting my reading too, but all I have time for is work and sleep. Spare time online is wasted here, I know. It’s addiction and I think a little fear. I need to take the next step and I guess Im afraid to fail.
Are you neglecting a life changing path you really need to take?
