>The debut work of the most disgusting failure to carry the family name, hopefully it will be mostly used to fill land next to the author's corpse.
People will assume its dark humor and it will work out.

Writing about /m/ in a genre studies approach because I find the idea of going to a congress to talk about animu incredibly hilarious and trying to structure my film studies thesis in a way that makes the visual aspects I want to deal with functional. And fantasying with suicide, of course.
Or you mean the reagular argentine? that would be discussing football, misunderstanding politics because they can't even remember 5 presidents ago and drinking mate. comfy in its own way.

There are many threads about this, if you really want to find a variety of opinions hit the archive, at least as this thread grows.

Writing has a huge excercise aspect. You keep doing it and you keep getting better, always try to edit your previous stuff so you see your mistakes and weaknesses and try writing things that compensate for that. Set yourself a daily quota, even if what you end up with is useless.

Writing long form has some challenges of its own. It's always recommended that you have a general outline before you start. A synopsis is a good idea but you have to take it beyond that. Make a chapter by chapter or scene by scene list. If you have the space build through a wall with post its or notes or whatever, so you can quickly see how it all connects.
Some anon had a pretty cool 2 by 1 meters thing in a single huge paper sheet, with a synopsis of each chapter and charcters higlighted. Others prefer an excel page, with columns like "characters", "settings", "objectives", "plor progress", "themes", and so on. I think it's too easy to get lost in that but writing it and sorting it out is the helping part.

oh, cool.
what authors have you been reading about this? there are a million hacks in script writing that try to sell you some absolute answer when they are just repeating Aristotle. Syd Fields became famous for standardizing just how may minutes should be for each act, which is disgustingly fordian and you can check how exact it is with a lot of cheap studio-controlled movies.

If you want someone that only reads approved material... well, that does sound quite /pol/, but life is more than affiliations of sides.
