Can we share some comfy book-related anecdotes? I have a few.

>reading Philip K. Dick by the river in high summer
>reading H. P. Lovecraft, home in bed during a rainy and especially dark winter when I was especially poor and didn't have an Internet, TV or telephone connection
>reading various books on Beat/hippie culture with friends
>binge reading the entire Harry Potter series the summer the last book was released
>reading Dante's Inferno when Sympathy for the Devil came on over the radio
>reading Jurassic Park when I was ten at school and being paranoid the teachers would find out the book I was reading had the word "c**t" in it (not so comfy I admit)
>reading the Silverwing trilogy in Grade 8
>getting a Redwall tattoo
>getting a Smaug the Magnificent tattoo
>reading Redwall on another rainy (yet warm) spring day while on a day trip with family across the border

>browsing /lit/ on a cool autumn morning (whilst wearing my favourite sweatshirt [so, so soft])
>reading the especially comfy parts of The Fellowship of the Ring whilst smoking a joint
>reading Pet Sematary in an actual cemetery (in the country, no less!) during a particularly warm autumn

...I think that's enough.
