Absolutely basted and truthpilled. The Greats of literature didn't waste their time with technicalities and learning the precise term for this and that pseudojargon collegefags use to jerk themselves off over how much money they spent jerking themselves off with others in an amphitheateresque aircondiotioned room. They wrote. Then others read and we're like, "fuck that's some good shit right there"

Christians are called to be a certain kind of antisemite. Even Vatican 2 didn't get rid of this.

We are called to be against Jews insofar as Jews deny Christ having heard the Gospel. Our position towards them is the same as towards Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and atheists who hear the Gospel and reject it. To reject the Gospel and refuse baptism is to deny that Jesus is God, and anyone who denies Christ is damned. There's no getting around this.

That said, we are not called to be especial assholes to Jews. Just like we're not called to be especial assholes in general. We are called to be kind and merciful, to love our enemies and to pray for them. We are never to cease attempting to convert everyone, but we should not force people into it. And we definitely shouldn't do the things that were done in the past, like pogroms.

So the answer to your question is a bit of yes, and a bit of no.
