I had that copy, apparently the good book cover is the worst translation. It was better when I read it with Mirra Ginsburg 1967 translation.

Is there any point in rereading fiction /lit/?
I just finished The Master and Margarita and feel like I need a second reading to understand the finer points of the plot. But if I do read it a second time, what have I gained? If you read a university textbook twice, you gain a more in depth understanding of the material, what's the point in reading fiction twice when there are thousands of great works of fiction that you've never read?
