Thinking about stopping visiting the therapist and pay boxing classes. That bitch isn't as helpful as she thinks and I'm starting to get diminishing returns

Despite the unpleasant atmosphere that hangs about "inceldom" and "the black pill", isn't it just a deep philosophical truth achieved by low-grade methods? Liberated from civilizatory structures such as marriage, the unfair and animalistic face of life is visible for all to see (young men at least). Even if you are not an "incel" yourself, how is it possible to go back and live life as if you are not aware of it's hypocrisy and brutality? Getting into into probably ruined romantic love for me, and agravated my desire to isolate myself from society.
Books for this feel?...really
