Hello /lit/.

After looking through your recommended lit list I just wanted to throw out a question (which I will leave as an open thread).

I am going on holiday (holiday reading general?) and wanted some advice!
I don't read often, not because I am dumb, I just find myself uninterested in most books I try, finding them corny or cheesy.

So, can you help me find a good holiday book? I LOVE H P Lovecraft but I have read everything published by him. Last holiday I read Dune and loved the style.

I was thinking The Dark Tower, what do you think?

Sorry if this a "bad" thread for /lit/.
