How can you assume he is all of what you mentioned? He could be, say, majoring in philosophy (the art of arranging garbage, which is what he is doing). He could be an artist in his free time, or a writer, or anything under the fucking sun. The point is, even the existence of those described in your post doesn't invalidate life's meaning.
