>who gives a shit
This is a literature discussion board with an average of 5,754 posts per day. Try saying "personally, I don't like your thread", rather than implicitly projecting your feelings onto the general body of users (since obviously 'who gives a shit' is meant to convey something like 'nobody gives a shit', which you aren't equipped to know).
>you meandering sociopath
Nice projection

In what way? I don't accept the view that merely depicting violence or some serious form of 'antisocial behaviour' is in itself 'edgy' if the sole purpose is to say "this is bad :(". It doesn't actually pose any kind of challenge to the standard moral characterisation of violence - it does the opposite. A piece of literature (or media, or whatever) is actually 'edgy' if it makes people morally, spiritually or existentially uncomfortable - purely superficial discomfort/'edge' that ultimately reinforces the capacity to comfortably default to an existing set of shared de facto moral/ethical assumptions actually permits the uncritical (or superficially critical) reader/viewer/whatever to more easily avoid the state of discomfort that 'edge' is supposed to produce. i.e. it is the opposite of 'edgy'
