What's a controversial topic that I could write a satirical essay on, in model of Jonathan Swift's, "A Modest Proposal," that's high school appropriate?
Was thinking about internet censorship but its starting to sound boring. I want to do it on CP but can't.

I need to write a satirical essay, modeling after Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal". I plan on writing about the topic of "Internet Censorship". What do you guys think of that idea? Could I get some advice or points to talk about?

Sadness
Piercing, seething, throbbing sadness
My chest constricted, every breath a fight against myself
And although my heart keeps beating, there is no life in my veins

The sun outside taunts me, for I have no warmth in me
An icy hand is sifting through my memories, stirring up pain and tears
I see no color, only grey
Sadness
It chokes out all other feelings
A boundless human prison
It needs no walls to keep me in

what is a good synonym for an internet troll?

the question came to me when some dick purposely was just holding up traffic for no reason. I drove by and I thought at first, "oh a troll", but then I saw he didn't look happy. Trolling seems like an enjoyable endeavor, so being a dick doesn't fit (not to mention many dicks or douchebags are permanently that way while trolls take off their trollcap pretty often). Also, I've trolled in the past. Sometimes I do it just to get a rise out of people, but sometimes I've done it to get a debate going or make people critically think about an issue. This may be more of playing devil's advocate, but I still tried to get an emotional response out of people just the same.

So what is a proper synonym for a troll? If there isn't one, can we define it properly?
