Saying that most Japanese companies do not defer to the oldest employees who have been with the company the longest is *objectively* false. The oldest are in charge, regardless of their ability. Fact. Often they are competent and capable because of their experience, and so they provide stability, but they are not promoted based on credentials, so maybe they aren't. They are deferred to in any case.

Really, man. You went from pretending to be Japanese to doing word dumps riddled with spelling errors, no capital letters, tangential points, and dicta/terminology you pulled from your college class to cloak your lack focus and inability to discuss and debate concisely and coherently. Your rebuttal is like buckshot a when it should be a laser or sniper rifle.
