Sorry I thought people would know what I was on about.

Someone called Julia Cameron wrote an influential book about 20 years ago called the artists way in which she recommend writing a of stream of consciousnesses journal every morning with the intention never to read or edit them ever again. Juts throwing words down on a page about anything, but most likely the day ahead of, your ideas and emotions as some sort of catharsis and getting in touch with you real desires and creativity ect...

I've heard quite a few creative types rave about it so I thought I'd ask /lit/ and see if they had any experiences
