Did you read the books leading up to it? They also wrote "What is Philosophy?" after. There's also a ton of material to study from both after, including the Abecedaire and Deleuze's courses (I think you can still find them on webdeleuze translated). There's also the article/interview collections that can help a lot (there's about five or six I think?). Also check Manuel Delanda and Sylvere Lotringer on Youtube (or their books of course).

What do I read to learn to write poetry?

I just want to write some basic (modern) poetry for myself and know the basic rules of poetry
