Would anyone recommend this? I'm wanting something focusing on thieves, rogues, that sort, but the more I hear about this series the more it seems like this isn't it. I've always been intrigued by collaborative world works, but I tried Wild Cards and thought most of the writing was shit and weirdly focused on rape, and the more I hear about Thales the more this seems like it is too.
