How is it possible to be this based?

I did not read Studies in Hinduism yet, I'm currently in "Perspectives on initiation" but I want to get on it fast.

Here's the Guenon one. WARNING, it is made by none other than Guenonfag himself, so it has poo and crazy on it.

I must say it's a pretty damn good chart, thanks guenonfag.

This chart is good, but what it doesn't show is that it's important to read Man and His Becoming According to the Vedanta (1925) before Symbolism of the Cross (1931). If you simply read him chronologically you can't go wrong

You don't need much, just Republic to understand basic metaphysics. Though after you read a bit of Evola, you should read Guenon, who in my opinion is much more interesting.

Does Guenon give an introduction to Hinduism or does his work require an understand of Hinduism before hand?

He was initiated into both a Vietnamese Taoist Triad as well as the al-'Arabiyya Shadhiliyya Sufi order, furthermore in all his writings he stressed the need for personal and genuine participation in whatever Traditions one aspired to follow. Among the many western philosophers, artists and authors who were influenced by him or who heaped praise on him include Carl Schmitt, Georges Bataille, Aleksander Dugin, Antonin Artaud, Olavo de Carvalho, André Breton, Mircea Eliade, Alain Danielou, Julius Evola, André Malraux, Albert Gleizes, René Daumal, Raymond Queneau, Paul Ackerman, Huston Smith, William Chittick, Steve Bannon, Harry Oldmeadow, James Cutsinger and Hossein Nasr. To the contrary over the course of some twenty odd books he painstakingly and patiently elucidated the fundamental agreement between the metaphysics of Advaita Vedanta, Taoism, Sufism, Hermeticism and Christian esoterism, work that Coomaraswamy built on and further confirmed

If you actually read Guenon, this wouldn't need to be posted. Start today!
