Heidegger's famous for radically departing from the phenomenology of Husserl. Is it Heidegger or phenomenology you're interested in specifically?

Although I would say that Heidegger is worth reading, especially his Letter on Humanism if you're looking for an intro.

It's a deliberate play on Kant's critique. So you're right, it is pretty much a philosophy meme.

I guess part of the appeal of the Critique for me is also that it traces the development of cynicism from the ancient Greeks onwards.

You'll enjoy that book then. I was referring to a cure for the 'bad' part of cynicism as per OP's request, although I agree there is an affirmative, gratifying side to it also.

It's fantastic, one of my favourite books, and Sloterdijk is one of the most important writers alive, in my opinion. It's the perfect thing for resolving cynicism.

Your opinion may differ though, of course.

It's not a case of the social contract because in the UK muslims are given privileges that other citizens are not. Muslims are given rights that go beyond those that would be underwritten by a social contract.

This isn't a hard concept.

Or do you support white genocide?
