Andrew and Tess, I'm having problems with shipping -- at the "Ship-To Address" phase of checkout, even when I click on "Ship to This Address" next to your wish list and name, nothing happens. Are you both sure you've input an address to ship to?

Hey guys. Yes, I noticed the amazon thread on the first page. However, a few days before my birthday on the 2nd, I promised to create one of my own.
