Sorry champ, the retard is you. Mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and birds all evolved from fish, but are not themselves fish. Before you even break out your precious brackets, take a look at some common descriptors for mammals and whales already look sus as fuck if you're trying to argue they're fish. Whales sharing a polyphyletic group with certain fish does not make them fish. A marine whale is not a fish simply because it's warm blooded like a tuna. With 530 million years of evolution, there are exceptions to almost all descriptors of fish. So the term "fish" refers not only to "a limbless cold-blooded vertebrate animal with gills and fins and living wholly in water," but also to a PARAPHYLETIC group. Whale don't make the cutoff in either sense of the term. You're done.
