NOTE - We will be scoring this a bit differently this year. In the interests of making a more interesting and idiosyncratic list, we will allow you to vote *multiple times* for a single book, so that if you choose you can give more weight to one book than another. You essentially have ten 'points' to spend; you can nominate 10 books with one 'point' each, or one book with all ten 'points', or anything in between.

The link provides spaces for you to list 10 books. You can nominate up to 10 books, but you do not need to nominate that many. Each space is worth 1 point. If you would like one of your nominations to be weighted more heavily than others, simply include it multiple times in your responses.

Please submit your nominations in the form of "TITLE - AUTHOR'S LAST NAME" e.g. "Hamlet - Shakespeare" or "Moby Dick - Melville" or "Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire - Gibbon". The system is the same as /lit/'s Top 100 Books 2020. 10 spaces to write a book on, each space is a point. You can vote for a book multiple times by writing the same book in different spaces.

We will rule out:
- Non-lusophone literature
- Obvious trolling (ex. Senpaiília Sacana)

Since /lit/ does a top 100 novels evert year, why don't we do a top 100 poets as well? I feel like poetry gets left off of the top 100 too often since Homer and Shakespeare are the only ones that really seem to make it. What do you guys think? If this thread gets generally positive responses, I can make another one with the actual poll or we can wait until December. It always seemed weird to me that this wasn't a thing.

I started reading Stoner yesterday.
I can’t seem to find any interesting idea behind it, every 3 pages I fall sleep and have to read back a whole paragraph to not be lost.
I’m just at that part where he tells his old Teacher that he may enlist. Does it get any more interesting beyond this point, or is it all this history of a guy without character doing things at a campus?

Scoring: a #1 ranked book got 100pts. Book 7 got 94 points, book 73 got 28 points, etc.

The first column lists the sum across all 6 years. A "__" just means it wasn't on that year's list.
