A latinamerican author is invited to meet other intellectuals on Israel. Their storylines are explained in a Decameron fashion.

This guy prose is really good.

Finally I bought this masterpiece.

(no one other that /lit/ would give a quarter of a fuck, thats why i came to show it here)

So happy right now. Anyone on /lit/ should read Santiago Gamboa, his work is translated to english, so no problem. :)

Most authors write their dialogues in their lenguage, even if the story is taking place in other country. That's the way to go, your editor will tell you that and will not publish the book.

Holy mother of god. That's why you fantasy readers are so despised.

Fantasy is aimed to some kind of poeple. The ones who play D&D and fap to dragons and shit. By any means they must be considered readers. They're casuals.

I would like to read your father's book. I don't know a word of portuguese but my girlfriend is native. Too bad she doesn't browse here.

Whats the book about? Is there a .pdf version?

Here in my country novellas are getting some attention. Contemporary writers like Mario Bellatin just publish this kind of short length books. They are really good and sell well.
