He looks like someone who likes guenon, aka a moron. A lot of the books are based, but you get the feeling he only reads them for dumbass ideological reasons. There's also a lot of cringe political stuff.

Just write an essay, and publish it on your own website. Spam it here, to random professors who have interest in the topic, ect ect. Try to make sure you're actually contributing something original though. Try to figure out which people are the most influential in the area and read their most recent papers/books ect, then, if you see papers that are frequently cited, read those as well. Could you say something about your ideas? It depends a lot on which area, how likely you are to be able to contribute.

No, I understand your point. If you did it so much that you become accustomed to it I don't think it would be good. It is meant as a meditation you do one time each year, or twice each year.

I have no idea, its clear that the mods are against us. When I posted a thread trying to talk about the issue, I got banned and the thread was deleted, even though the thread was civil and had a lot of activity.

Its cringe and reddit, like you'd expect, since its, well, posted on reddit, oof.

The TRUE answer is that there is no book everyone should read. Most people aren't at the level where reading deep litterature is enjoyable, and even if they were, what is enjoyable depends on the person. If I had to give a genuine reccomendation, It'd be more like "if i havent read anything in a long time, and want a book that entertains me, what should I read", that I'd be answering, and I'd answer something like the hungergames series or the lord of the rings trilogy. If they like them, they can go into "serious" literature afterwards.

I'm reading "All Or Nothing: Systematicity, Transcendental Arguments, and Skepticism in German Idealism" and I think its good. German Idealism is probably the most complicated/intricate school of philosophy there is, and the book is very good at ordering the explanations of concepts such that the development of the ideas in the project always seem motivated, and the entire project seems directed towards something, instead of just being a massive web of strangely defined concepts, that magically result in weird opinions of morality and politics.
